    brilliant service.. my son was referred through 111 and nothing was too much trouble for them. seen fast by a pharmacist and the communication between tescos, myself and 111 was brilliant. medication was dispensed within 2hours of first presenting at the pharmacy. will highly recommend. even had a follow up call the following day to ensure my sons needs were taken care of.. well done tesco pharmacy

    I found online that pharmacy opens at this time(630am). Went in to the shop. Pharmacy was still not open at 7am. Asked staff in store who states they are unsure as not part of Tesco which I know isn’t their fault. Very frustrating. Needs ammending

    Very bad service. Was prescribed antibiotics early January, I collected them from pharmacy. 5 weeks later I receive a text message to say the prescription is now ready for collection. Also every time I go to collect co-codimal across the counter I am given the third degree. I have to prove what other medication I am taking before I'm issued with them. Last year I consulted the pharmacist as I thought I had shingles, he looked at me and said it was just an allergy. My GP later diagnosed me with shingles.

    Takes them 4+ days to do a prescription after the Gp issues it, unless you go in and ask for it and then wait 45 minutes until they've done it. That's if they can find it! My GP issued a prescription this morning, my other half stopped to get it for me on his way home from work and they said they hadn't received it. Called the GP again and they gave me the barcode for it. I then had to go to Tesco feeling dreadful, and funnily enough they then located it. Ive used the pharmacy for a number of years and never had a problem. But the last few months have been dreadful...if you need a prescription that day get your doctor to send it somewhere else!

  5. Review titled Shockingly bad

    Have tried phoning regarding a script they've now had for 3 days, no one bothers to answer and there is no answer machine facility to leave a message on. Totally under staffed.
