   Refused to apologise to man for previously sending his wife away empty handed when attempting to pick up prescription meds, later the same woman at counter sends man away without checking the ‘spine’ for his prescription, argument took a good 10 mins and could easily have been stopped with a look at the database and an apology. Then I get served, same woman questions me with contempt and sarcasm about my meds. Clearly she is in the wrong job, please find something else if you don’t like giving out medication.
