    Prescription sent from GP 10th January. Allowed 10 days to process as opposed to the 7 requested. Tried to pick prescription up tonight. Took 3 attempts for the assistant to find it. Wasn’t processed, handed back to me and I was told to go and try another pharmacy. Witnessed the pharmacist handing the prescription ti the assistant and tell her just tell him to take it somewhere else. Normally very good pharmacy, this was incompetent, flippant and unprofessional. I don’t drive so I have an epic trip to take to another pharmacy as well as potentially another 7 day wait. Very poor!!!

    Both the number provided on the NHS website and Tesco's own store number for the pharmacy are ignored or disconnect automatically after a set number of rings. Terrible ! Seems I've now got to drive all the way there just to check if they have a prescription for me.

    I suffer from extreme OCD and therefore have to collect my medication in person and cannot touch the paper prescription, so it goes straight into a small, clean plastic bag as soon as I receive it. I hand it to the pharmacist in the bag because I cannot touch it. No other pharmacist has ever had an issue removing it from the bag and then processing it. The pharmacist at Tesco today at 7am was rude, stated 'why can't you remove it from the bag', 'it isn't his problem I have OCD', 'it isn't difficult to remove a piece of paper from a plastic bag' - and this went on, even though I explained. Eventually I had to call the Tesco manager and get him to deal with this pharmacist. Extremely upsetting and distressing. Why can't people just be kind
