   I provided 2 prescriptions to the pharmacist and was only dispensed medications from one prescription. As medications were handed over packed in a paper bag and I trusted the pharmacy so only realised at home. Medications were not labelled correctly either. I have to travel and have to suffer without medications because of this bad service.
