    I order my husband repeat prescription at the doctors every month and have it forwarded to Tesco Middleton, Manchester. I have gone to pick it up today ( order placed 28/12/22) and informed I have to now go to Tesco 72 hours after placing with doctors and request them to print it , then wait a further 72 hours. I explained this policy has changed and was told it’s been like that for months . I picked up a prescription the month before and it was not in place . Explained he had no medication for diabetes and said sorry cannot give you any come back tomorrow? Then I said you just said I had to wait a further 72 hours ? Now I can have it tomorrow ?

    Booked appointment online for flu injection & received confirmation. Went to Stratford on Avon Tesco Pharmacy to be informed there is a glitch in the system & we aren't doing flu vaccinations as we don't have a manager. No apology. Go home & go back on booking site & still taking appointments for the pharmacy at Tesco Stratford upon Avon for flu vaccinations. Terrible customer service.
