   This pharmacy is a complete waste of time. It has recently changed its opening times to 9am to 9pm, not got a problem with that. Attend today at 1345 hrs to collect a prescription from 31st Aug to be told that it is shut till 1400 hrs. No where does it advise customers of this, so home I go to return later in the day only to be told it’s not ready and won’t be until Thursday, 7 days after it was requested. If I would have been told this earlier in the day I could have took my prescription elsewhere. I am now out of required medication. This is happening far too often at this pharmacy. What is the point of having prescriptions sent direct to the pharmacy if they then can’t fulfil it. I shall be changing my nominated chemist from now on!
