    phone contact is not good - it rings 4-5 times then cuts off completely - often in the evenings so maybe they can't cope with phone and face to face - and that's not good enough when we are told to contact pharmacy for advice instead of GP or hospital. I was trying to find out if my prescription was ready to collect before I set off! not unreasonable.

    Considering we are being told to seek advice from pharmacists where we can to ease pressure on GP services this pharmacist here needs to get with the program. He can’t be bothered to come round to the till to speak to customers seeking advice and would rather make people uncomfortable by having to raise their voice to seek advice on potentially private information while he stays sat in the back. Also I was there for my baby and they were extremely dismissive basically telling me to go to the GP when I had been to the GP and they had told me what to buy and I just wanted to ask for additional advice. Shocking service.

    I have nothing but good experience of this pharmacy . I have used it for 8 years now & never had any issues. They are brilliant & very organised . I have used several pharmacies in my life & I feel this is the best one of th all I
