called over 20 times to see if my prescription is ready signed up to the text system over 10 times and not once do I get a text. i don’t want to drive all the way over to find out my prescription isn’t ready. answer the phone.

This pharmacy is advertised as open till 8pm tonight. Arrived at 7.30pm it was shut notice hanging off the till saying we close at 7pm tonight.

Booked a flu jab for 15:10, arrived at 15:00, with which I waited patiently until 15:15 to be served and be booked in. Was asked to take a seat and have yet to be seen at 15:40. Only had a short time to be seen in between work, don’t understand why you have to book a time slot if it’s not adhered to or even close

I'm a doctor and very much aware of drugs. I have my prescription drugs dispensed by Tesco. They miss quite few drugs being dispensed as I'm on a lot. I have to go back and keep missing a dose, as even when I have told them, they do not dispense all the drugs as stated on the prescription. Repeatedly I have been given the same excuse by Tesco as an explanation. They blame the GP practice but each time, they had the prescription but have not carefully checked the prescription and miss dispensing the drugs. In my view, they need a new pharmacist/s.
