When attending this pharmacy for a Covid 19 jab, an 'Audit' questionnaire was handed out for completion. There was no comment made as to why this was necessary, and in fact it does not appear to have any connection to the Covid vaccine jab. Why was this being given to all attending for jabs? I object to this sort of data being collected with a pretense of being part of the jab system.

Car parking is minimal. My new pharmacy also has a wider range of items available. Shop is small so can be difficult to manoeuvre.

We’ve recently had to change pharmacies from Hagley to oldswinford, my husband is on a repeat prescription and the service here is exceptional. His medication is always administered in advance which takes the stress away from me having to normally contact the pharmacy for a gentle reminder. The staff so helpful and friendly.

I have our prescriptions from Swinford Pharmacy on a regular basis and never had a problem. Staff are always helpful and polite. I had made a mistake and ran out of one my Husbands medications today they went above and beyond for me to make sure he had the item. Thank you
