Firstly I have opted to post anonymously because I am reliant on them to manage my ongoing medical issues. I have a set of complex conditions and get my medication in doset boxes. They have never managed to get it done on time, I give them at least ten days notice. And they oftern mess it up. If I get my meds wrong I will have a seizure. They also seem to have real issues communicating with my doctors and make me do it. As others have noted they are closed at the weekend, which is less than helpful. They are however pretty friendly so if you just want to buy something off the shelf then they're good.

Disappointing. NHS website unclear on procedure for requesting repeat prescriptions. No indication on status and whether GP or Pharmacy should be first point of contact. Confusing on necessity or optionality of "NHS App". Lack of direction for resolution, GP or Pharmacy? Bureaucratic.
