   Had to visit pharmacy twice in 2 days, collected repeat prescription 9/11/22. Next day needed to collect antibiotics for my husband. I was given the same prescription as the previous day. When i went back and told them it was antibiotics, i was told no prescription there. I contacted the doctors who said the prescription was sent the prescription was sent at 16.30 the previous day. I have queued 45 minutes 1st time over an hour 2nd time and now got to go and queue again. Really bad service, lots of people annoyed aboit the delays on both days. Staff saying short staffed surely that is a poor excuse for bad cudtomer service.
