   I routinely get my prescriptions done directly by Superdrug in Canterbury. I can't count the number of times that my prescription has been 'short' of an item. When I popped in to ask about another missing item the assistant made no note of the item nor apparently of my personal details but would contact the surgery. When I suggested that it would be handy all round if they could put in a note if an item was out of stock, I was told this was standard practice. I've never seen such a note confirming a missing item. It hardly inspires confidence.
