   I was prescribed emergency medication by NHS 111 on Saturday evening, I couldn't go to the pharmacy that evening because I was in soo much pain. I eventually managed to visit the pharmacy on Sunday to pick up my medication but they told me they cannot get my medication because of a software issue that has been ongoing for a long time. I don't believe them, they just don't care.
