On several occasions stones pharmacy darfield have failed to deliver prescriptions for my wife and I. My wife’s who relies on her cancer treatment drugs and myself for eye problems. We realise that on the odd occasion certain drugs may not be in stock but mostly it’s down to poor management with me having to contact them several times to ask where are our prescriptions are eg after sending 2 emails both ignored I finally got my prescription delivered today although it was stamped, approved and boxed ready for delivery some 9 days ago. We live less than a mile from the pharmacy so just what is causing these frequent failures.

Ordered medication as normal and after hearing my son was in hospital they kindly fetched my medication to me without prompting as they knew I’d probably struggle to collect ….a massive thankyou

This is the first time i`ve used this Phamacy, + they`ve been outstanding. Friendly, helpful staff, who even managed to get a particular brand of medication for me. I`ve now moved over to them for my Prescriptions. They delivered my medication to my door the very next day. Can`t thank them enough. Would definitely recommend them. 5 *****

I visit shwb pharmacy every month and greeted with very friendly helpful professional and curtious staff, and nothing is too much trouble excellent pharmacy and lovely lovely people. I now think of them as close friends

I went to this pharmacy after being refused help at Tesco with an emergency prescription over the weekend. The two ladies in this pharmacy were so kind and helpful and made the whole experience so easy. We didn’t know you were there but will definitely use you again and will highly recommend. Thank you

Thank you to all the wonderful employees of stone pharmacy. You have excelled again. The help you have given me this week has been amazing. To the lovely lady who always helps me with a cheery smile on her face (you know who I mean) so beautiful inside and out. Even during these high temperatures they are run ragged but always smile and have your health and wellbeing at heart. Thank you all for your hard work in keeping us all happy and healthy

Very poor service, total chaos. Do not answer the telephone ever, when asked they say they are too busy. No longer receive text messages when medication is ready. Script with them 5 days and still not dispensed. Rude and defensive staff when challenged, basically they are too busy to be interested if they are providing a good service or not. Not good enough in many aspects. Would definitely not recommend.

Cannot get in touch with them, every time I put prescription in from 9 day I am trying to find out why my meds haven't been delivered and when i managed to get hold of them my meds are here same night or waiting for 1 lot of meds and you know there are ordering them as we speak its as if they are waiting for your call but they never answer 28 times today and waiting 2 weeks for them

Been waiting on prescription for 3 weeks,I have been in twice and not been given it.when you call no answer.. used to get txt telling you its ready and if you want it delivered just call.. I have spent the last month trying to call every day as I need my medication 1st time I got through only to be met with rudeness.. and hung up on Used to be really good service but somethings changed.. new management is needed as whoever is in charge or taken over is not doing their job.. As I read the reviews it seems to be the same story from other patients (but different excuses) Only one phone Very busy Van broken down... and so on.. Maybe the people working there should find another job that they can actually do like maybe working in greggs instead of supposedly helping people with their health care which clearly the can't do.. Or change management.

This last 6 months Stones are failing patients, I ordered a prescription, form the doctors, which was issued the next day, in that was antibiotic, and insulin , So I was late getting antibiotics, which the led to me being I’ll over Christmas.I took 6 days for them to deliver They missed my insulin, so tried to phone them, you can not get through to them, This isn’t an isolated case, i had to eventually get a family member to collect my insulin, and when I got it was the wrong insulin This has been going on now for about 6 ,months, I have now been waiting again for my prescription, which was issued on 31/01, Im waiting for insulin, and no one is answering the phone. The doctor is now telling people to stop contacting them about prescription problems. To contact Stone direct , but no one answers the phone, I have just had surgery so can’t collect in person, still waiting 6 days I am now going to cancel my prescription for. Them
