  1. Review titled Excellent vaccination service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was seen immediately (attending at 5.30pm) and treated most courteously. The injection itself was entirely painless: I literally did not feel the needle entering my arm. It was the most expert injection I have ever had. Thank you.

Always exceptional and conscientious service from this establishment even when the fault is mine getting the reorder of prescription dates mixed up. Thank you for help over the last few years

  3. Review titled System needs a proper review

Rated 3 stars out of 5

It’s understandable that you have to wait up to an hour for a prescription as the hospital is huge and no doubt providing many medicines to both in-patients and those coming from a&e like myself but they seem to lack a coordinated system. There needs to be an electronic number board showing when prescriptions are ready especially for those that decide to leave and return later to collect. You have to queue again to find out if yours is ready. It’s a very outdated service even though the staff were pleasant. I was also a little dubious about taking the drug prescribed as it said not to with the medication I already take.
