Spoke to a member of staff this afternoon, following running out of Metformin tablets. The member of staff was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions, regarding how I can get an emergency supply and explained how I can arrange for a family member to collect on my behalf.

Be careful of using this pharmacy, they will register you without asking and take over your medication prescriptions without your consent. I went once to hand over a prescription and found that they registered themselves as my preferred pharmacy, no notification was made about the change and they didnt contact me to let me know. This is wrong on many levels and they should have at least had the manners to inform me or ask me if I wanted to change ..

I was appalled to be invited to wait in a filthy storeroom (dusty, unswept and filled with stacked furniture and looking like a building site), with stained seating and where stocks of toilet paper are stored in the lavatory. The pharmacist had no understanding of my concerns about the unsanitary conditions as they, apparently, have not received any complaints. I expect any centre with the word ‘covid’ attached to it to follow the highest standards of cleanliness. This was far from the case and the actual room I was to have the vaccination in did not look clean either and also had heavily stained seating. As a result I did not feel safe to have my covid vaccination there and will have to rearrange it. I am really disappointed in this NHS service and the attitude of the pharmacist who acknowledged non of my points about the unsanitary conditions. I cannot recommend this service to anyone. I’m not sure that any vaccinations should be being offered there at all.
