   The girls who work here are lovely and nothing to much trouble for them, but the people who have taken over are unhelpful, I definitely will not be going back there for my prescription anymore

   Waited outside in a que for 20 minutes got inside waited another 15 minutes only to be told I would have to come back tomorrow for a prescription I put in 4 days previously. In winter in the cold and rain do they expect pensioners to wait out side for 20 minutes? Is this an exceptable practice? Under new management and I believe it’s very poor I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years and I have never had a complaint before.
