    I had my Covid jab on 23 April and as of 1st May they have still not updated my NHS covid record with this latest information. I phoned the pharmacy 25 times over yesterday and today and was cut off each time after holding on. I will have to make a special journey now to visit to ask them to update my records. I will not choose to have a further covid jab there.

    This is second time a women has answered phoned left me on phone for over half an hour Second time put phone down I have bad boats of anxiety she told me to phone back ever since she does not answer I need my medicine

    I have tried ringing all morning to speak with them on the telephone literally non stop . First time I telephoned them I am sure the phone was cut off , as re tried and it has been engaged ever since . You do not treat people in this way it’s unprofessional and very rude and have never been treated this way by any business .

    I arrived for my jab in good time but immediately it was obvious that the site could not cope with a vaccine rollout of this magnitude. There was insufficient space and seating available and the queue was building. A member of staff that advised that a delivery had not arrived and they were running out of vaccines (granted not the pharmacy’s fault) They were telling people to return at a later time/day and when I was asked I advised that I was unable to do so because of work commitments and have an underlining health issue which meant I needed the jab asap. They advised there was sufficient vaccines for me and I would be next. I waited 20 minutes and then I asked what was happening and was told they forgot about me and had now run out of vaccine. I was again asked to return and I said I could not. Suffice to say I did not have the booster jab.

    Booked an appointment arrived early then told I’d have to wait at least 45 minutes now need to rebook somewhere else

    From the front house staff to pharmacy team, so helpful and totally on the ball, helped me with my HRT prescription and they where professional, considerate and organised. Will definitely use this pharmacy again.
