Fantastic pharmacy, great speed and staff apart from one. A lady was incredibly rude about a young member of staff and I hate to see that in a work place. Hopefully she gets picked out and gets a good talking to. The young lady seemed very pleasant but I could tell it upset her.

I am in the Scottish NHS system, which caused some issues when I needed to be seen by a doctor for a health issue that emerged whilst I was in England. I was advised that i should be seen urgently, but local doctors surgeries wouldn't take me on as a temporary patient and told me to dial 111. The English 111 service couldn't direct me anywhere local for a diagnosis unless I called again during out of hours; I was going round in circles. A friend suggested I try the local Pharmacy. At Seacliffe, the counter staff listened and immediately organised a private consultation with the Pharmacist. I had a thorough consultation and he managed (not without effort) to navigate the bureaucracy caused by the disconnect between the Scottish and English systems to get me treated. I am very grateful that this well-staffed bright, friendly and efficient pharmacy came to my aid.

Absolutely appalling service, booked for my COVID booster as received both email & text message,saying I was at increased risk group, got booked , went for the COVID booster, only to be told they won't give the booster to me 😡,

Covid booster and flu jabs today for us and elderly parents. Such a very well managed clinic. Outstanding customer sevice. Thank you very much indeed.

received nhs letter stating i am eligible to book for my seasonal covid booster this was declined on medical grounds dispute proof of letter. understand this decision however the manor i was addressed with was rude and obstructive. after no help from the pharmacist i was told it was my doctors problem. wouldn’t recommend getting vaccinated here!
