Used Scorahs for covid and flu vaccinations superb walk in service also used for repeat prescriptions very reliable and on time

I have had 2 disappointing experiences with this practice in recent months. The first was when my GP prescribed energy drinks and the practice told me there was a shortage and,therefore, the wait was much longer than usual. My second unsatisfactory experience was today when I went to collect a prescription ordered a week ago. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I was told they had ordered 2 on the previous Friday, had now ordered more, which should be delivered on Friday. At the time of this visit, there were three members of staff, including who I believe was the Pharmacist, who gave the impression it was not his role to become involved in such mundane matters!!! The difference in the efficiency of this Pharmacy has, in my opinion, deteriorated considerably since the Pharmacist and the present members of staff have become employed. H

My husband and I visited the Travel Clinic in two occasions, the first for travel advice and the second for the vaccination/exemption certificate. The advice was excellent. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and friendly and spent time with us to explain and answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy and would absolutely use it in future should the need arise.

booked flu jab for 245pm at trinity church near davenport on 17 december. arrived at time of appointment. no signs of life at the church and gates to entrance pad locked with a sign saying private property. i am a vulnerable person and relied on this appointment which had booked via nhs website. absolutely apalling.
