Just went to pick up 2 prescriptions, about 6 staff on, still wait a couple of minutes to be seen. I found the the member of staff to be impolite, one prescription dumped in front of me and an almost an accusatory tone asked for proof of prepayment. Reminded the assistant about the second prescription, subsequently asked for my name and address another 2 times. Again almost accusatory told I had already collected it. 10 minutes later it was dumped on the counter and they walked off without a word.

I went in to the pharmacy today to pick up some prescriptions for my children, a lady served me who explained that they had not received any prescriptions and advised me to speak with my surgery. This was the second month in a row the surgery had not sent the prescriptions through. The manager overheard what was happening and came to the front to see if the lady needed any help, he did all he could and confirmed no prescriptions had been sent for service either child. When I told him the importance of the medication he told me to leave it with him but as it was late in the day he probably won’t be able to get the prescriptions until the following day. By the morning I had recieved a text to say the medication was ready. Overall they made a very stressful situation a very straightforward experience, they went above and beyond and I’m extremely great full for all they do
