I have tried emailing to order my prescription but was told email did not work. I have tried telephoning but the phone eventually cuts off. How can I get my prescription without having to stand and wait for it.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and they have been consistently excellent. Customer service is truly spectacular - they have often gone above and beyond to help me; chasing my GP for prescriptions, getting hold of medications I've needed when there has been a supply issues, and giving genuinely helpful advice. They greet me by name when I arrive and ask how I am. I feel confident in the care and service they provide.

I was promised my prescription would be delivered by 2pm on Saturday. I asked if I needed to go and collect it but was assured it would be delivered. Three days later still no prescription and I’ve run out. No good practice at all.
