    I recently had a change to my medication, and was worried I would not be able to collect it, however it was in stock and all went well with the friendly staff.

    I recently visited the pharmacy as I am new to the area to collect a prescription and purchase some antihistamines. The advice that I was given for the antihistamines was extremely helpful. The staff are polite and I would definitely recommend.

    My recent visit to the pharmacy left much to be desired. Despite being assured of a swift 5-10 minute wait for my prescription, I found myself waiting an astonishing 55 minutes. As a visibly unwell parent with my young child and two others waiting in the car, the prolonged delay was both frustrating and unacceptable. What exacerbated the situation was witnessing at least 7 others come and go while I remained stuck in the empty pharmacy. Upon finally inquiring about my prescription, I discovered it hadn't even been prepared, further adding to my wait. It was disheartening to observe someone arrive for their doctor's appointment, swiftly collect their prescription, and leave within minutes, while I continued to wait. My prescription was a simple antibiotic, so the lengthy delay was perplexing. The disregard for my time, particularly with a young child in tow, was deeply frustrating. This isn't the first time I've encountered such delays at this pharmacy. It's disappointing that despite being the only option for miles around, there appears to be little effort to enhance their service.
