    I don’t often think to leave reviews for services but I have never received such exceptional care from a Pharmacist as I have done here from the Pharmacist at Reena’s. He has gone above and beyond to help me over the past few months to get my prescription when I have been facing shortages in it coming in stock. He is always very kind and polite and willing to get in touch with my GP and other pharmacies nearby when required, without me even having to ask. It’s very comforting to know that my medical care is in the hands of people who care so much about their work and those that they are supporting. It’s also just so lovely to be met with such warmth and care when facing medical stress. All of the other staff at Reena’s that I have come into contact with have also been very polite and respectful too.

    I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience at this pharmacy that I feel compelled to share. It was by far one of the most frustrating encounters I have ever had with a pharmacy, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the level of service I received. First and foremost, the lack of coordination and communication among the staff members was astonishing. I had to explain my situation a total of five times to three different individuals, and to my dismay, each one gave me a contradicting response. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling confused and anxious about my urgent medical needs. To make matters worse, I utilized the Emergency 111 prescription services, indicating the urgency of my situation. However, the inefficiency at this pharmacy was astounding. Despite waiting for a distressing 25 minutes, I was ultimately informed that I needed to return in a few hours. If I were in a life-threatening situation where immediate access to medication was vital, I fear that I might have met a tragic outcome due to the pharmacy's negligence. One of the most frustrating aspects of this ordeal was the complete lack of transparency regarding the time required for issuing a prescription. Despite multiple inquiries, not a single person at could provide me with a clear response. This lack of clarity and disregard for customers' time and well-being is simply unacceptable. The sheer incompetence and disorganization displayed have left me with a profound sense of disappointment and frustration. As a customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism and efficiency, especially in a healthcare-related environment. Regrettably, I can confidently say that [Pharmacy Name] failed to meet even the most minimal expectations. I strongly advise against relying on this Pharmacy for any urgent or time-sensitive prescription needs. Their inability to provide consistent information, coupled with their unacceptably long waiting times, makes them a highly unreliable and potentially dangerous establishment. I urge both the management and staff at the Pharmacy to seriously reconsider their practices and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their customers. Considering my experience, I will be seeking an alternative pharmacy that values professionalism, efficiency, and customer care.

    I have a serious medical condition that requires medication. However, when I went to pick up my prescription from this pharmacy for the first time, I was told that not only did they not have it, but that they had deliberately chosen to not order it until they had met me in person. When I explained to the pharmacist that I had not been informed of this, he claimed that they had no way of contacting me (despite knowing my name, number, and GP). He was then completely dismissive of my concerns at not being told. When I expressed how urgently I needed my medication, and how vital it is, he replied with 'Yeah, sure, whatever.' He then kept saying 'Sure, yeah, sure' for the rest of our conversation. He claimed that this is because my medication is a controlled substance and that others had not come to pick up previous similar prescriptions and that it was a substance that could be abused. This man and pharmacy, without having met me, decided that they could ignore the GP and make a judgment on my own needs without having even discussed this with me, for some arbitrary reasons that seemed to be shaped by third parties who have nothing to do with me. This idea that a pharmacist can simply disagree with a patient's prescription without them even having a say is completely unacceptable.
