    The front costumer service staff was quite unwelcoming. The other member of staff was quite patronising, which I had not experienced at other pharmacies before. It would have been nice if the pharmacist would have spoken to me and checked cordially if there were any issues, but that was really unfortunately not the case.

    Dear Hawa Thank you for your feedback and apologise to you for having to deal with a poor experience. Our pharmacy team have been working with us for a good few years now and we have been within the community for over 35 years so to hear you have had this experience is dissatisfying. Your feedback will be investigated further with the team but if you could email me and give me some more details about your experience that would be much appreciated so I can discuss the issues you faced with the team. You can email on: pharmacy.fjx60@nhs.net In terms of the set up, depending on the query, a pharmacist is not always needed as all the other team members are trained in dealing with many issues / health questions hence why the pharmacist may not have spoken to you. We are also lucky to have 2 pharmacists at most times depending on whether all staff members are present so any queries re dealt with by a healthcare professional.
