Always say never received my prescription then give me empty box's off tablets never answer phone not great customer services

Haven't had my medication delivered for months! and when I finally chased it up, it's apparently because the driver does not want to deliver in my street!! (How unprofessional! I mean the actual person on the other side of the phone wasn't even ashamed to tell me that! just said it as it is!) If that wasn't worse enough, they are now claiming they don't have my medication for the next 3 months even though my doctors surgery have clearly confirmed they sent a prescription through for it! ( they've even given me the exact code used to send the prescription through to the Queens Road Pharmacy). Definitely the worst pharmacy in Halifax! Please, avoid avoid avoid. I would give them a zero star if possible!
