I had a rash under my breast and went to this practice in my lunch hour. The lady assistant accompanied the pharmacist who viewed the area and provided me with a cream, which cleared it up. They made me feel very comfortable and I didn't feel embarrassed at all. I often go in there whether for toiletries or a lunchtime snack and all the staff are very friendly and approachable.

Covid vaccination today, very quick and efficient and totally painless! Looked like a really well stocked pharmacy. Staff very helpful.

My wife and I travelled some distance to receive our Covid jabs. Reception area was excellent, we were met with a smile and treated well throughout our visit. The booking in process was easy and we were seen at our designated time. The Pharmacist was professional and we were encouraged by his warmth and understanding. Everything we experienced was exactly what we’d hope for. Well done to all at Quayside Pharmacy. Great job!

Visited today for covid and flu vaccinations with my partner. Very welcoming and friendly. No queuing. Professional, courteous and efficient. Excellent approach to healthcare

I am an NHS nurse and can easily get vaccinations where I work. However, I choose to go to Quayside pharmacy because I am needle phobic and know they will take me seriously. The atmosphere is calm and unhurried; the staff are welcoming and very professional, and the injections virtually painless! The seating area is divided into cubicles so there is less risk of passing infection. Clients are encouraged to wear masks. As well, the wait time was short, which is good for nervous patients like me. I am so happy with my experience that I will be attending next year.

Parked 10 yds away. Friendly helpful staff. Speedy service, and I hardly felt the needle at all. As a bonus I got a ‘flu vaccine too. Fully recommended

Went for my autumn Covid booster. Extremely helpful staff, comfortable waiting arrangement, jab received bang on time at my appointed slot, doctor very efficient and caring (including with patients with reduced mobility). You couldn’t ask for more.

Very polite friendly and person centered service. I took my elderly mam and the pharmacist could not have been more helpful. Excellent service would highly recommend.
