I visited this pharmacy and they offered to take my blood pressure. We found it was high and thanks to their actions I have consulted my doctor and now on medication.

Having allowed plenty of time to be on time for my appointment at 10.55 (precisely) I joined a queue of 30 old people (almost all standing, some barely able to do so) which had barely moved after half an hour. In that time, only 1 person (possibly 2) had been seen. I left in disgust and will have to forego vaccination. What makes you think you can waste people’s time to that extent, and only 2 hours into the day? Also entry to your car park was prevented by new security gates with obscure instructions, making it necessary to park elsewhere. Don’t bother to charge me for a missed appointment. I was there on time.

I have been in this pharmacy on many occasions and asked them to sort their phone line out. It continually says mailbox full. Again today! Why don't they clear the mailbox. I look after a disabled person who cannot walk, and she is running out of meds, and they should have been delivered. Cannot speak to anyone as you simply cannot get through on the phone. Maybe its time to use a different pharmacy.

I attended for a COVID booster and I was treated on time and very competently by a mature professional. I shall probably go back there for other services - they provide a wide range. Surprised to read of others’ poor experiences. It won’t stop me going back.

Attended for Covid booster and 'flu vaccinations, and did not have to wait long. Vaccinator took the time and trouble to thoroughly explain how the vaccine worked, along with hand drawn diagrams, even though I had not queried. He was cheery, efficient and professional. I would not hesitate returning to this pharmacy for future vaccinations.

I phoned this pharmacy to find out what vaccine they are giving this week, I am taking a 92 year old to get his but he can’t have a certain one. The way I was spoken to on the phone was absolutely disgusting and very disrespectful. I just wanted to ask one question, he told me to hurry up and get off the phone. Very disappointing and maybe have a think on how you talk to people! Kindness goes a long way.
