This chemist could not supply two of my prescribed products resulting in me having to go back to the doctor's twice and ask for an alternative, they are obviously having problems with they're stock. I have to wait ages for my prescriptions (over a week) and there is often long queues in the chemist with patients getting very irritated and complaining to one another about the poor service. I have started to dread going over there to pick up my percriptions, and am considering changing to another pharmacy, which is a pity as it was once well run and efficient and never had any problems with stock.

Over the last few months the service has been disgraceful but today 22 July 2023 I went to pick up my prescription which was urgent only to find a note on the shutter apologising and saying they were shut I am due to go on holiday for a week and cannot go because I have no medication I have been using this chemist since it opened many years ago and never had a problem I am going to the doctors to change where my and my wifes and sons prescriptions go absolutely disgusted

Front line staff were good and clearly embarrassed by the usual level of rudeness by the pharmaceutical staff. Disgusting and am searching for a new pharmacy.

Young member of staff needs training in customer service. Bouncing around like a child, you ok? Instead of hello how can i help, and when bringing prescriptions out to customers shouts name leaves it on the counter walks away while asking address no thank you no nothing. Someone needs to train them properly.

No one seems to know what they are doing, prescriptions never ready even after giving a week before collecting them , at least 30 min wait .staff just ignore you waiting at counter and when they do speak to you most are so rude . Been using this chemist for many years and it's never been like this .

It takes forever to get your prescription I waited a week and still not ready. Went on holiday for a week then went back and still not ready. There were people in a queue waiting over 40 minutes myself included who had ordered the prescription 2 weeks before. It's absolutely chaotic
