   Following the departure of the regular pharmacist at this practice, the pharmacy has declined rapidly. I’m sorry to say that the current pharmacist is rude, phone calls made the pharmacy remain unanswered and you’re made to feel you are a bother to them. We have now changed our nominated pharmacy

   We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service that you received, unfortunatley, in commom with many other practices, we are suffering from staff shortages at the moment. We are recruiting new staff but obviously this will present with service issues. Rest assured that we always aim to provide our patients with the best level of care. We are happy to discuss this with you if you wish to come in and speak to us about it.
