The team at this Forest Hill community pharmacy are professional, Empathetic to the needs of their customers and render a quick tailor made delightful service. They are happy and driven which makes them quite affable. I have referred friends, colleagues and family to them who are also quite impressed.

Since this pharmacy changed hands, the service here has nosedived. Long waits and mistakes are the new norm, and they never give a copy of what's been prescribed...I've just been told you have to ask for this! I've been using this pharmacy since 2006 and never had a problem until late 2022 when the business was sold. I've tried 3 times with my repeat prescriptions, each time there have been issues... clearly I'm not the only person having issues based on the latest reviews and annoyingly I'll now have to use another pharmacy further away.

Since handed over the pharmacy has gone down hill no regard for people who are ill. Or have disabilities. Medicine takes ages to get sorted. Long ques. Thinking about complaining but who do I write to.

The pharmacist made me wait over 45 min for a simple prescription because she had handed it over to someone else who was doing something else. By the time I asked who was dealing with it they all confused. The worst new owners by far. I used to have an excellent service before. Pharmacist is also very rude and tells you to be patient even when there’s no other patients and answers calls and eats while supposing to get your medication!

My Daughter collected my repeat perception however when we got it home we found there were some items missing yet again, So i tried to call their shop but they have ether changed or blocked there phone number so now i have to arrange yet another trip to the shop, So unprofessional.

This pharmacy used to be excellent, but has since changed hands and is now absolutely awful. Queues, long waits, and prescription items regularly unavailable. Admin side of things also seems chaotic. We will be changing pharmacy.

Since changing hands service has gone downhill fast. And please answer your phone!!!! This practice used to be sooo good but no more. The assistant her name I have forgotten I'm so sorry but she was there before is the only good thing about the store.

Since this pharmacy changed hands the service is deplorable, the staff are rude and ignore you, Also if you try and call them they won't answer their phone or they will pick up then hung up. It took me a week of phone calls and more then six visits and they still didn't have all of my prescription.

Again calling for over an hour, you just wont answer, your so very unprofessional, worsts service i have ever had, you should be ashamed.
