I find Penn Hill pharmacy staff helpful and caring. Nothing is to much trouble for them. They explain things clearly and check up on you .

Waited in queue for 10 minutes. At least 5 staff around ,totally ignoring customers, not making eye contact no sorry for keeping us waiting Didn’t have prescription I needed, didn’t offer to order in,as boots did. Staff need to be trained on customer service. Would not go back
