Good not usually any problems and I have had good advice from you. However trying to get a telephone appointment with a pharmacist was a complete lottery. Also for the amount of prescriptions etc that you dispense Saturday opening is surely overdue?

We are unsure as to why you have had a problem speaking to a pharmacist. A pharmacist is always available during opening hours and no appointment is necessary either via telephone or in person at the pharmacy.
