    I don't know why, but the staff at this pharmacy do not answer the phone. We have tried for over two days, repeat dialling literally for hours at a time. It wouldn't matter if you didn't have to phone before collecting unusual medications, but the system is that 'unusual' meds on prescriptions that have been sent through electronically will not be ordered (if they are not regular repeats) until you have either been in to see them in person or phoned. If you can't get there in person and are relying on phoning so things can be ordered you really, really need someone to pick up the phone! Brilliant pharmacy otherwise, but this problem needs sorting out.

    was told that you are open til 11pm as stated my husband was told to pick up my emergency prescription that was sent to you from 111 (finally ) after trying all day only to get to pharamacy at 10.15 to find you are closed now im sorry but if you state you are closing at 11pm that is the time you should close not when you feel like it .

    I had been phoning from 5.00pm to 9.30pm . This is not the 1st time . I am classed as disabled and needed to discuss some medication. I cant go out in cold.

    Always reliable and, despite being under pressure, are friendly and helpful. I recommended to my husband too.

    I parked in the car park (in a bay, unlike most people). When I came out from my appointment there were two cars parked across cars and the gap was not big enough to fit through. I told the receptionist and she put out an announcement. 20 mins later 2 members of the pharmacy staff came out to move the car. Whilst deciding where they should park I got out to hurry them along and ask why they thought parking there was a good idea. They gentleman that worked in the pharmacy decided he should answer instead of the young lady saying the car parks always busy…not an excuse to block people in! He said my car would’ve fit though, which it wouldn’t as I’d already tried. He then told me that I shouldn’t have parked where I was, which was in a bay! He was very rude and to top it all off he’d parked his car on double yellow lines! I understand the car park is very busy and people struggle to find spaces but it’s no excuse to abandon your car and certainly not to be rude
