   We waited patiently in the queue for half an hour to collect prescription medecine. Then, immediately after, we had a G.P. appointment and were given a further prescription. Returning to the pharmacy it was very busy but as we were happy to collect the prescribed medecine the next day, I tried to hand in the prescription. The assistant refused to take it off me as there was a queue. It appears you cannot even leave or hand over paperwork without a long wait. How can you even buy anything?
