Attended with my Father and Husband for their covid boosters this am, fantastic caring experience, pharmacist went the extra mile to look after both my Dad and my Husband, and therefore myself. I was stressed when i went and this turned out to be unnecessary, thankyou so much to the Parkmore team for a painless, stress-free visit.

Working in healthcare myself I’m all too aware that positive service reviews are few and far between with only the negatives being highlighted. So I wanted to say a massive thank you and show my appreciation. I attended packmoor pharmacy yesterday due to having a urine infection. The pharmacist saw me straight away, was extremely professional and provided me with treatment and advice saving me another night of suffering and a trip to my gp.

I attended the pharmacy for a pre-booked Covid vaccine. It was very chaotic and there were far too many people queuing to maintain any form of social distancing or privacy when answering the necessary questions or receiving the vaccination. After standing in line for approximately 15 minutes the lady who then went through the questionnaire with me ticked some of the boxes without even asking for my replies. No advice was given regarding side effects, allergies etc and the whole experience was so chaotic that I am not convinced that my records will be updated to show that I have received the injection.
