Prior to implementing the new system, I would order online and my prescription was sent straight through to the pharmacy and be ready for me to collect. On collection I gave my name etc and the assistant went straight to find my order which took a matter of minutes. With the new system it seems that preordered prescriptions are treated in the same way as if I went in and presented the prescription for putting together. Since the new system was implemented I have had a 20 minute wait between speaking to the assistant and receiving my preordered prescription. The advantages whereby prescriptions are sent directly to the pharmacy has been negated.

Waiting excessive amounts of time to collect repeat prescriptions that were ordered in plenty of time (in my case 7 days prior). Happened on 2 occasions now. Also the staff used to be lovely, incredibly helpful infact. Unfortunately this has changed over recent times almost like you are putting them out any request you make and there's always some off the cuff sly comments I've found, especially from on particular person. It's unnecessary and not at all helpful to anyone stood waiting, especially if you have been stood there 40 minutes waiting as I was today! Maybe the issue is with you my dear rather than your customers!
