I was referred by Orchard Medical Practice with a skin condition. Approx half an hour after the referral, the pharmacist called me and asked for my symptoms. He then asked me to go to the Pharmacy for a consultation. Although he was busy in a covid jab clinic, I was seen approx 5 minutes after I got there. A diagnosis was given promptly and professionally, and I was given a prescription for the condition.

I rang doctors at lunch time as my son wasn't well. Doctors were full to compacity referred to pharmacy. I did have to wait a little while and was worried with this being first time being referred to pharmacist that referral hadn't reached. So rang they asked for me to take my son down as soon as could but warned was COVID clinic maybe a little wait. Waited 10 mins then pharmacist Imran called us in he was absolutely loved spoke to my son examined him, asked his symptoms agreed with what said so immediately felt like i had been heard and prescribed him some anti biotics. Explained when and how often give them. I would definitely recommend this service was so easy and felt heard.

I attended the pharmacy with symptoms of a UTI on the Saturday and was seen swiftly and given excellent advice. I returned on the Sunday as the symptoms worsened as they had advised me to do so. On my second visit, the pharmacist was able to diagnose my condition and I got antibiotics immediately. He was incredibly thorough during my consultation and I felt confident with his diagnosis and advice. Having this service available at a local pharmacy, particularly at a weekend, saved me using the 111 service and a long wait at Kings Mill where I would have been taking up space for other patients who needed to be seen by a doctor. It also meant that I could access the antibiotics straightaway so my treatment could start sooner. I will be letting all of my family and friends know about this as I go to a different practice. Thank you so much for your excellent care and service!

I was given an incomplete volume of antibiotics compared to what was on the prescription. I called back hoping this would be rectified with ease because this issue was from their end as a result of someone's mistake or incompetence, but No! I got bounced around over and over (called Nhs111, the practice that prescribed), and no one was willing to take responsibility. Absolute shambles! They kept saying everything is against their policies, but it wasn't against their policies to make a mistake.

I was suffering with extremely painful sore throat ang high temperature. I was referred to Orchard Pharmacy to be seen by Pharmacist, as there were no appointment to see Doctor available. The Pharmacist rang me and asked to come down when it is suitable for me. I was seen straight away and diagnosed with bacterial tonsillitis and left with antibiotics. The service was 5 star ⭐️. Then 2days after my son started feeling unwell: he had sore throat, headaches, high temperature and a rash. Again we got referred but to different pharmacy unfortunately the pharmacist did not know what it was and sent us home, advised taking Paracetamol. So again I went to Orchard Pharmacy hoping they will be able to help. Yes The Pharmacy Team again was excellent. My son was seen by the same amazing and very well educated Pharmacist. He was diagnosed with Scarlet Fever- also confirmed by the Doctor. Thank you so so much for myself and my son we are very thankful for your amazing service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been suffering with sinusitis ? for over three weeks now. Feeling worse so contacted Orchard Medical practice . No appointments were available so was directed to Orchard Pharmacy. Rang them to see if appointment was necessary but advised to just go down . Was soon seen by our friendly approachable pharmacist who diagnosed sinusitis and given antibiotic treatment . Would highly recommend this service. Many thanks to Orchard Pharmacy and the great Pharmacist.

I visited this pharmacy for advice and treatment. I was very impressed how efficient and well run it is. I cannot fault the staff at all, they were very helpful and polite

Yesterday, I was in desperate need of a prescribing practitioner. There were no appointments left via my GP, however they referred me to the pharmacist at Orchard Pharmacy. I had a consultation, and was prescribed antibiotics. It was a superb, efficient service and this new service will definitely assist patient flow, and speeded up my health and wellbeing. Truly superb, pharmacist was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. All the staff at the pharmacy are great.

Popped in for a repeat and to speak to the pharmacist. Was seen in 5 minutes and then left 5 minutes later with prescription. Brilliant service
