I use this pharmacy as it’s location is within walking distance as I have no car. I finally gave up today and have switched to Wools Pharmacy. The final straw was the 12 day wait for an important prescribed medication. I have taken back the prescription and taken it to another pharmacy where it was immediately dispensed! Most staff are a least pleasant but one member is obstructive and dictatorial. I have explained in the past my need to be sure to receive medication in time. This particular member of staff doesn’t want to listen and her response was ‘eye rolling’, looking away as if not interested with shrugs of the shoulders and whispering to other staff members. This has happened on numerous occasions.

I was given someone else's prescription today I got home tried calling for over an hour no one picked up . I'm nearly 90 years old I don't have my correct meds and have someone else meds Regards Margaret bye

Received our Autumn Covid boosters here this morning. Friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Had appointments, but we were seen, jabbed and back in car before appointment time. Very impressed. Thank you.

The pharmacy have dumped a lot of rubbish outside again in the car park, this time it contains pills and medication which has gone all over the car park, even packets of half open pills, just left laying around the car park in amongst other rubbish. This is disgusting as a small child or a dog could pick this up and accidentally eat them. Please sort out your rubbish and bins as it’s getting too much now. Please.

We are getting fed up of taking his rubbish to the tip every week. If the pharmacy doesn’t clean up their car park we will have to take matters to environmental health.

Rats running around the car park where they cannot be bothered to clean it up. Neighbours have children that live nearby and this is a health and safety issue. Please think about other people and keep your car park clean. No one should have to see that every time they step outside, let alone little children.

Not great service at all, they let their car park rubbish and flytipping build up so much that dirty nappies are everywhere in their car park. We asked the manager to clean up however he said he wouldn’t as it’s not his rubbish. Very disappointing. Unclean.
