   Visited the pharmacy as was at the Drs surgery at the time but wouldnt normally venture to this pharmacy being out of my way. Dissapointed with the passive aggressive comment heard from out the back. Staff need to remember that patients who visit, can hear some of what is said from out the back. The sarcastic and passive aggressive comment I was subjected to was from a conversation, likely to have been misheard when speaking to the lady on the counter, as being hidden out the back. Total lack of empathy was quite obvious but not suprised with the pharmacy layout. Will not visit again. Very dissapointing.
