   I visited Neil's Pharmacy after needing to seek advice, having not been able to get through to my GP via Dr Iq or the switchboard. I was visibly upset and they were kind supportive, gave great advice and just clearly really care. The next day, after a GP consultation, my prescription was sent directly to Neil's, I went to pick it up. Within 15 mins maximum, I had my prescription in hand. I saw a different team and they were cheerful, chatty and made me smile. It's a tough gig for the team under extremely pressured circumstances, but please know that your accessibility and organised approach really is appreciated.
