Went to collect my prescription and was told there was a 30 min wait, which I accepted as I was in a lot of discomfort, unbelievably after waiting 1 hour I was told that they didn't have my prescription in stock. It was so distressing because I was in discomfort and they made me wait, by the time they did tell me it was 17:37, I asked for my prescription to go elsewhere, but the closest options by then were all closed. After driving around for another 30 mins I finally found a chemist who thank goodness supplied me and I have transferred my business over to them. I was shattered when I got home and its the last thing you need when you are poorly and in pain. Shocking experience, I will never use that service again!

I've been phoning for 3 hours trying to get in touch with the pharmacy and no one is answering I started at 2pm and it's now 5.45pm and still nothing

I was in a very long queue. The 2 women behind the counter talking about how one called 111, totally ignoring us! Then one left and the other said I’m going for a drink and walked round to the shop to get a bottle of water. She was so rude!!! Unreal just ignore the ever lengthening queue of people! I hate this pharmacy

I phoned 29 times to check on a delivery of life saving meds which were 10 days late! Nobody answers phone! I’m disabled but had to go in and they were huddled around chatting and laughing, I waited a full minute to be served. The assistant said they were very busy and couldn’t answer the phone. If I hadn’t collected my meds they’d have been on the shelf all weekend.
