I am on holiday and initially presented at the GP surgery who signposted me to the pharmacy. The service from the pharmacist was outstanding. I was seen quickly, diagnosed and medication given. The pharmacist took time to take a history and to provide explanations for his decisions. What a great example of the NHS at its best. Thank you.

I just wanted to say how extremely helpful one of the girls behind the counter was today. She went out of her way to help me and give me good advice to pass onto my daughter. I was in the dark as they say, I came in without much information, and came away feeling really pleased with the service you provided. I eventually spoke to my daughter who I hope managed to get to you in time after work. Axminster and the local area are very lucky to have Morton’s pharmacy, especially with the stretched NHS.

The staff are always friendly and polite all are very helpful. The Pharmacist is brilliant and explains about any medication. I had reason to be very grateful to the Pharmacist as one bank holiday I ran out of a specialised product I have to use. I had just come out of hospital and was awaiting an order. He managed to sort the problem out which was no mean feat, very grateful to them all. Above and beyond the norm.

Always use Mortons,the staff are friendly,Pharmacist extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Always has a wide range of products.

The staff have always been superbly efficient and helpful. I use them regularly for repeat prescriptions and I hardly have to wait more than a minute. What a contrast with the always-stressed and flustered Boots, where you have to wait ages to be served.

Having a prescription from Dorset County Hospital I tried the local Boots pharmacy who could not obtain the item they suggested Lloyd’s pharmacy who after trying for a day unfortunately came up with the same result l then resorted to phone calls to other pharmacies. Boots frequently disconnected me, Well did not pick up. The next call was to Morton’s pharmacy. What a breath of fresh air the phone was answered quickly and the pharmacist couldn’t have been more helpful checking availability and confirming it would be available next day. I can highly recommend Morton’s pharmacy and really look forward to visiting again.

Just an amazing pharmacy. The pharmacists are so knowledgeable, non judgemental and helpful. Really good products really reasonably priced. Who would have thought a trip to the chemist could be so enjoyable. Thank you Mortons
