    Won’t release my prescription to the spine so I can collect it elsewhere as they don’t have it in stock. Call s multiple times they never answer the phone and then keep the phone off the line so it’s “user busy” won’t even let you call. Useless

    I've been calling for 2 hours and no one answers the phone and when I tap "open the website" it doesn't open

    For many years I have been very pleased with Morrisons pharmacy but today was not good. Usually I check my prescription before leaving but today I just trusted it would be alright. Unfortunately when I got home I found it was wrong. I rang my surgery who said they had sent through the correct details. My address and the strength of the pills was wrong - it would have been correct 9 months ago. So I advise people to check before leaving the shop. I went back, but now have to go back again as prescription not ready. I see there is a notice now in the shop asking people to give a weeks notice when reordering. Again I advise people to be aware of this as I have not seen it before.
