   I put through prescription request last week, GP ok'd it. Went to collect it on Saturday and when I got home one important item missing so I immediately rang as it was on the prescription order in the bag so had been ordered but not fulfilled. Person I spoke to said they'd have to speak to GP on Monday to get another repeat prescription for it. I wasn't happy but accepted it. Rang this morning to confirm ok to come pick it up and they hadn't even talked to GP yet. Said they'd sort it today but this is last time.
