I can never get through on the phone to order my mum's repeat prescriptions. It doesn't matter what time of day ir how many times I redial. Either the phone is out of order or its being left off the hook.

My grandmother with serious health issues hasn't been able to contact the pharmacy to see if her urgent precision is ready. I'll have to visit, find out then visit again if not. Either the phone is off the hook or if it's genuinely that busy there should be a queue system
