It can get very busy here, probably because it's so popular and people trust the service they get. Staff go out of their way to help and will always attempt to get you sorted the same day. The staff are very friendly and will do their best every time! They can even arrange delivery of medications if you struggle to get there. Been using this pharmacy for many years, highly recommended!

Had ear syringed have been struggled to hear for months, was 5 week waiting list at doctors but got in here within a week (drops need to be used first for a week) - quick painless treatment from friendly efficient pharmacist

Short wait then straight in for vaccination, no problems, and there was a chair to sit on, very much needed with a lot of older people

Pleasant staff. No issues with any lengthy waiting. In and out quickly. There was a queue of people there for their boosters but it all went smoothly.

I was in the pharmacy today trying to get medication for my son who has scarlet fever, when asked if it was in stock I was instantly told they were out of stock and that was it next customer. When I questioned a bit further I was told again that 'I would not get it anywhere in the country because its out of stock that's what that means'. The woman was incredibly rude. I asked if she knew when it would be back in stock and again was told that it was out of stock and I'd have to ring the doctors and change the medication. It was then that her colleague corrected her and told her they did have some in stock. The woman just didn't want to check, when dealing with medications how dangerous is that attitude. She then told me I'd have to ring the doctors to get his NHS number, again I questioned this and she eventually agreed to search his details. When she couldn't find them she was ready again to just get rid of me as quickly as possible until I asked her to check again which was a huge inconvenience for her, eye rolling, huffing. Absolutely terrible employee. The rest of the staff swooping in to help actually get the prescription I came for for my poorly son saved the day. Terrible.
