    This is supposed to be a ‘Walk in centre’ for Covid Vaccines. I went today and was told it’s only available Mondays and Tuesdays!! Doesn’t say anything about that on the NHS app or in their own pharmacy details. Not happy!

    Thanks you to all involved with the Covid booster and flu injections. My wife and I were dealt with quickly and efficiently and with due care.

    I ordered my prescription but it was not requested at the doctor's..I need a chemist that I can rely on! I was asked next time I order my prescription I should take the name of the assistant..really! didn't fill me with confidence and I won't be using this chemist again.

    Appreciate it is a bank holiday and if there are staff working they may just be filling prescriptions and catching up with a backlog but when phoning, you are told you are caller number ‘x’ and saying they will answer the call as soon as possible. The caller number goes down by one but then never goes any further. 3 calls, all the same but different caller number in the queue each time. After 40 minutes in each call no one answers and I progress no further in the queue. It’s diabolical that you consider it appropriate to waste people’s time instead of just having a message that says the pharmacy is closed. Totally unacceptable. Just close the shop if you don’t intend to answer the phone. Don’tlie!
