Phoned to ask where prescription was, said would be delivered first thing in morning, not arrived running low on medication now.

I can’t rate this pharmacy enough all the staff are amazing extremely helpful and always remember who I am. When my wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer they were just fantastic. During the pandemic when I was classed as vulnerable they arranged to have my medication delivered to my home.

The staff can’t do enough for you. Always happy to help. They were extremely helpful while our mum was terminally ill. During covid they would deliver my dads medication to the door as he was deemed vulnerable. Our whole family use the pharmacy and we will continue doing so.

I, and my wife and son, have been using this pharmacy on a regular basis since 2015. In fact, we would not use any other pharmacy in central St Albans. The staff are dedicated, positive and friendly at all times. Prescriptions are always filled rapidly and I have rarely had to wait. We would highly recommend. Very professional.

Everyone who works there are warm and friendly and nothing is a bother. We have been using this pharmacy for years and years. They remember who you are. When mum was diagnosed with terminal cancer they went above and beyond to help her.
