I have been using this pharmacy for a number of years & have always found it to be well stocked, helpful staff and a pleasant experience. It'a a unique pharmacy, primarily catering for students and that means their opening hours alter depending on whether it's term time or not.

Why is the pharmacy always closed? What days are you actually open? It would be a good idea to put more realistic opening times on your info details. Some students rely on this branch to collect there medication

So handy having the chemist on campus staff are always abliging and helpful my prescription is always ready when I go to pick up or if I need to pick up from my home town pharmacy when I go home they can help with this to

The website doesn't tell people they have short opening hours out of term time. Not everyone that uses the pharmacy are students and they choose this pharmacy for locality/staff working at the University. Please update your webpages to show your true opening hours to avoid people having a wasted journey.

The pharmacy is always closed, it's advertised to be open 11am to 7pm everyday apart from Sunday when they are closed, but the truth is they are always closed no mater which time I go to pick up my prescription. Their door is also showing 11am-7pm. If they operate different hours off term, they need to explicitly show the times they are open on
